We advise our customers on the optimal use of our bonded warehouses in Barcelona’s Zona Franca free trade zone, so that they can obtain the maximum fiscal benefits. The main advantage of the location is that goods are not subject to import duties, internal taxes or trade policy measures while in the warehouse.

Benefits of a bonded warehouse (BW)
- Exemption from paying taxes and duties until a destination is defined for the goods.
- Payment of import VAT and import duties can be deferred until the goods leave the warehouse.
- Taxes are avoided if the destination of the goods is outside the EU.
- The goods have an unlimited storage life (except for perishable goods with an expiry date).
- Partial deliveries of the goods can be made as they are sold.

We manage 5,500 m2 of bonded warehouses in Barcelona’s Zona Franca free trade zone. Our location, only 5 minutes from the port and 15 minutes from the airport, means significant savings in time and money in the management of our clients’ traffic.
